Our Orient Family Names Project is flagging. We still have about 30 names to complete. Some of you have volunteered for your favorite surnames, so maybe you could get on with it? The rest of you need to pick one and write it up for us. Surely you don't expect me to write all these things up?

All you have to do is to write something in your own words about the origin and history of the name. Long, short, it doesn't matter, just something that will help our new Orientals to pick the proper family name for whoever it is that they want to be.
