I am going to have to try that recipe, but perhaps minus the grapes.

I am rather partial to red wines, myself. Especially merlot, which is what I am drinking right now. However, I have found that as I have grown older, my tastes have changed.

In college, some, ummm, forty years ago, I was rather partial to rosé wines and Mateus, in particular. Some years ago, I chanced upon a bottle of Mateus (they've slightly changed the bottle shape--horrors!) and bought it for old times sake.

It was....meh.

I'm scared to even think of trying Lancer's.
