I am Baine's older brother by two years. We are the children of a rich horse-lord who was killed in a clan war. As the sole surviving son, I inherited what was left of Dún Dair. I rebuilt the dun with the help of some allies and started breeding horses again. Now it is one of the most prosperous and secure places in Eire.

In Summer of the Unknown, my sister Baine comes home to Dún Dair after many years away, bringing Fiachra, the stolen princeling of the Niafer with her along with the poet, Amlaidh. Relations between the Baoisgne and the Niafer, the two most powerful clans in the area, have never been smooth. Will my untested fighting skills be challenged this summer? We shall see!
