Here's a suggestion - why don't you concentrate on developing the district Sun created for you and let others work on developing the other districts. The Jewish Community is being worked on by Feiyan and myself. I'm sure it would be easiest for you to develop just the Imperial District since you've said yourself you have a lot on your plate. A well-written, well-sourced 'hood page takes a lot of time and energy. So, if you want to just concentrate on that, others can fill in the rest of the districts.
