I'm sure the lovely Shesmu is not the only one who remembers me from the "old days". (that's a laugh) Back then i was a 15 year old waitress/princess/goddess(?)who turned into a semi mature young lady. When i left the boards here for the last time in Aug. of 2004 i was off to college as an 18 year old freshmen to find the things of the world that all young freshmen find: Stress, drugs, alcohol and sex. Yes i discovered them and i have paid the price for my multitude of sins, both real and imgained as AER will know. I became pregnant with my daughter at the end of my freshmen year. I was kicked out of my house because i had the wrong taste in men. I was homeless for a couple of months until we made rent on a really crappy piece of fake-estate. Finally, 3 months after my daughter was born I was redeemed in the eyes of my esteemed family and welcomed back into the fold. (Monty Python-esque "YAY", AER will understand). I worked for a few years and decided that menial labor was not for me. I went back to school. Now at the ripe, old age of 23, I am halfway to my bachelor's degree and the proud mother of the most beautiful and smartest 3 year old in the world. (Word of advice: Don't ask for pics unless you want to be inundated.) This post was not to elicit pity or tears. Simply to explain to my family where i have been. If you didn't know me, or just plain didn't like me, in the old days, please disregard this. For my family, i apologize for my abscence and hope that you will all welcome me back with open arms.
