The Leinster Poems - poetry from the genealogical tract on the ruling families of Leinster, tells us of the ‘sea traveller’ who, once exiled, returns with foreign allies in about 500BC. The early poetic material also suggests that he was regarded as an invader from the Continent.

    Who is this ‘sea traveller’?
