I, Decius Aemilius Scaurus Cocceianus, Vicarius Britanniarum, acting with permission of the Emperor, appoint justina Cassius the legati Augusti pro praetore Britanniae Inferior (Governor of Britannia Inferior). She will maintain her residence in Eboracum (York).

Her chain of command will be the Vicar of Britannia to the Tetrarch of the North and the Emperor. A report on her province must be given to the Vicar of Britannia once a month in writing. She is responsible for filling the empty mayoral positions with the concurrence of the Vicar of Britannia. She is also responsible for the collection of all taxes that are due to the Fisc and maintaining order in the provence.

Justina Cassius is also hereby appointed Legate of Legio VI Victrix Pia Fidelis, with all the rights, privileges, and duties of that rank.

When appointing a city mayor she will first appoint the candidate to the position of Decurones (Councilor) of the respective city. When the Decurones (Councilor) has built an acceptable web site for the respective city the Legate will appoint them to the rank of Curialis (Mayor).
