Tribune Hibernicus will be surveying the Subura in Rome, asking the various citizens there what they're most happy about, what they're least happy about, and most importantly, is there any way Hibernicus can help them out via any new legislation? Hibernicus desires, in his capacity as Tribune, to alleviate the plight of the plebs, hoping to propose legislation to address any concerns they might have.
