The ancient Phoenician emporium of Utica became the administrative capital of the Roman province Africa Proconsularis in 146 BC. After several false starts and delays, the former port has been opened as a Roman neighborhood in AncientWorlds. Five areas comprise the city: upper Utica, lower Utica, the harbor district, a villa district, and the hinterland, where there is ample space for that latifundium you have always wanted to own. Utica is now open for settlement, so please check out the prospects here. The page will open in a new window.
