Here is my recipe for some fine eating!

    ODO'S BUFFALO STEW

1 lb. buffalo stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
    2 tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 sm. onion, cut up
    1 tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. crushed, dried red pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 med. zucchini, cut up
1 med. potato, peeled & cut up
2 ear fresh corn, cut into 1" pieces
    1 tbsp. snipped parsley

In large saucepan brown meat in oil. Add water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours. If desired, more water can be added if meat is not covered. In blender container place undrained tomatoes, onion, sesame seed, crushed red pepper and garlic; covered, blend until nearly smooth. Add to beef mixture along with zucchini, potato and corn. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender and vegetables are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed. Stir in parsley. Makes 4 servings.

Beef stew meat can be substituted for the buffalo.
