is indeed a very interesting excavation project, started in the 1990s, and thank you, Varius, for posting so promptly a link to the latest news.
Important, too, I think, to be reminded of the fact that some of the most fascinating Roman ( or Graeco-Roman) sites are actually located in present-day Turkey. Oh for a day once more in Pergamon, Ephesos, Aphrodisias ... Let's hope that our new extraordinary hood-builders and brave (younger) RL-peregrini will soon set out for the mountainous region of Pisidia !
