Lt. Wuffing and Special Agent Morna had been having a hard time with the increasing violence in Chicago, to make things worse, recently the Outfit (Al Capones' crime organization) had decided to stock some alcohol in a set of Werehouses in W. Ogden Av on the north side of the Chicago River, North Side Gang's Turf.

Hymie Weiss wasn't so happy about it so he has set a trap to them and that night when the caravan arrived to the mentioned spot a massacre took place there, 33 bodies of allegady Sicilian inmigrants were found with a couple of North and South Siders who were also killed in the spot, some other ten corpses floated down the river and Lt. Wuffing had to go and pick them in the waters of Lake Michigan.

Needless to say that those bureaucrats from Washington were upset, the thing was in every single news paper, if Lt. Wuffing wanted to keep his position in the local FBI he'll need to find some answers now.

And all of the sudden when Wuffing was most desperate the answer presented itself in the form of one of the lawyers of Alphonse Capone, the guy sat at the chair Lt. Wuffing offered and made himself confortable ignoring the non smoking sing on the wall, Lt. Cleared his throat noisely but the lawyer just chuckled "What will you do arrest me for smoking?" before Wuffing could said a word The lawyer informed him that he was invited to a little reunion that a friend form the "Big Boss" (Capone) was offering two days from that date he slipped an envelope to Wuffing and sit back "You'll find it interesting" he said.

Used to bribes but not in his office Lt. Wuffing discreetly opened the envelope and was half disapointed as he found few bills and much papers.

"A list of adresses of some of the North Siders illegal busyness, gambling, prostitution, alcohol, you name it..." The lawyer said "...get this rats off our backs and we'll get you more bills, and at the same time you'll be getting on the right side of those pretty boys in Washington, so do we have a deal?"

Lt. Wuffing hid the envelope in a drawer "Get out of here...smoke in my office once again and I'll make you eat that cigarrete".

The lawyer drop the cigarrete in the trashcan and half raised his hands as a sarcastic peace offering "One day they'll make it illegal to smoke, just as alcohol" and after saying so he departed.
