    “THE GREAT YASSA OF CHINGGIS/ JENGHIZ/ GENGHIS KHAN”


    ~ The Yassa – “The Laws of the Great Khan’s ~



    "If the great, the military leaders and the leaders of the many descendants of the ruler who will be born in the future, should not adhere strictly to the Yassa, then the power of the state will be shattered and come to an end, no matter how they then seek Chinggis Khan, they shall not find him."
    ~ CHINGGIS KHAN ~

    ~ The Yassa – “The Laws of the Great Khan’s” ~



    {01} ~ The First Decree/Law of the Yassa required that for any individual(s) who is accused, convicted and found guilty of a crime(s) that requires the penalties of capital punishment such as FLOGGING with rod or DEATH Sentence also requires:
    “Any Word on Which Three (3) Well-Informed Men Are Agreed That May Be Spoken Anywhere, Otherwise It Can Not Be Relied Upon in the Court of the Khan” ~

    * The penalties of Fines, Ransoms, Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence was decreed by Chinggis Khan in the Yassa…
    * Chinggis Khan and Judges in the Court of the Khan, By Decree of the Yassa stated that any individual(s) who was accused, convicted in the Yeke Monogghol Ulus – {“The Empire of the Great Mongols”} or against any citizen(s) of the Yeke Monogghol Ulus had the right to appear in the Court of the Khan to prove their innocence before this individual was found guilty of the crime(s) and was punished….*

    {02} ~ The Second Decree/Law of the Yassa requires that for any individual(s), “Whom! ~ “Is INNOCENT and is accused of a crime(s) by a person or other accusers and it can be proven that the accusations were due to Greed, Jealousy, Anger Conspiracy or Deception; to Steal the Property, Wives, Concubines or Slaves of the accused”…
    * That if the accuser(s), when found guilty will face the same penalty as the accused would have faced or did face…
    * For this is the punishment decreed by the Yassa for such individual(s) who tries to convict an innocent citizen of the Yeke Monogghol Ulus… *

    {03} ~ The penalties of Fines, Ransoms, Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence was decreed by Chinggis Khan in the Yassa for all citizens of the Yeke Monogghol Ulus including those of the Golden Family {Chinggis’ Khan Family}…
    For someone from any of the ruling houses of the nobility such as Guo Wang, Jinong {Prince Royal}, Taiji {Prince}, Behi { Lady}, Gongju { Princess, daughter of a noble family}, Hatun { Queen and Ladies}, plus that of the highest ranking military commanders – Orloks {Field Marshall/Generals}, Noyan { Barons/Lords}, and Bagatur {Knights}…
    If any of these individual(s) who is accused, convicted and found guilty of a crime(s) that required the penalty of capital punishment such as the punishment of death required special methods… ~
    * The Death Sentence methods utilized required that no blood would be allowed to flow… Some of the methods that would be used in these situations were strangulation by bowstring or asphyxiation under a pile of carpet…*
    * The Death Sentence also included the entire immediate family of the accused, once convicted and found guilty of a crime(s)…
    These individuals were considered accessories to the crime(s) and would also face the death penalty, inclusive of all women/ wives/ concubines and children and were executed in the same method…
    In extreme cases the Court of the Khan utilized “Ransoming” to protect innocent family members of the accused…*

    {04} ~ By decree of Chinggis Khan in the Yassa it was forbidden for any individual from the Golden Family {Chinggis’ Khan Family} or for someone from any of the ruling houses of Princes and other members of the nobility, plus the highest ranking military commanders from proclaiming himself the Ihe Khaan {Khagan - The Emperor of the Yeke Monogghol Ulus} or Khaan {Ruler of the country} or Khan {A Local Feudal Warlord} without having been elected previously by the Members of the Mongolian Kurilitai, this announcement by any individual carried the Penalty of the Death Sentence… ~

    {05} ~ The penalty of Fines, Ransoms, Exile, or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “ADULTERY”, without any regards as to whether both individuals involved were married or not… ~

    {06} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “SODOMY”, without any regards to gender, or race…~

    {07} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “INTENTIONALLY LIES”, without any regards to gender, or race… ~

    {08} ~ The penalty of Fines, Ransoms, Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “PRACTICING SORCERY, BLACK WITCHCRAFT, or DEVIL WORSHIPERS”, without any regards to gender, or race… ~

    {09} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of “INTENTIONALLY SPYING UPON THE BEHAVIOR OTHERS”, without any regards to gender, or race… ~

    {10} ~ The penalty of Whipping, Exile, Flogging with a Rod or the Death Sentence is the punishment for any individual who was accused, convicted and found guilty of the crime of he “Who INTERVENES Between TWO Parties in A QUARREL, FEUD or CLAN DISPATE to Help One against the other”, without any regards to gender, or race… ~
