I found it, I didnīt think I would! This is Wahibre, Governor of Upper Egypt, 26th Dynasty. Wahibre came from Sais in Lower Egypt, the statue was set up in the temple of Neith and nowadays it resides in the Louvren.
These block statues were found both in tombs and in temples. In the latter, they enabled the deceased to take part of the daily rituals for the gods as the food which was presented, also was distributed to statues around the temple precinct. In tombs, they were part of the funerary cult which relatives and priests were to take care of.
