I support the SC Manlium de Cauloniae – (PMT)

Despite what my friend and colleague Consul Lepidus states, this is not what I would call a self-seeking proposal. When last I looked, Torquatus wasn't the only one to own estates in Caulonia. I myself own estates, as do others, in this region. This is a good proposal, as Bruttium is still somewhat underdeveloped (I could attest to this, it was there where a slave revolt occurred during my consulship and supply lines were...not good, shall we say). I see no problem with supporting this.
