The two simplest ways to post images here are (I'm using your avatar as an example, Soloi):

To find out the image url (and the AW image number), place mouse cursor on image, click right button, and from the menu choose Properties; it shows you the url of the image.

Remember to only use logos and images that the artist/owner gives permission to use, (usually the image number or url is given in such cases, and sometimes you have to add the #-marks around it), and remember not to hotlink images from other sites (unless you're using your own images from your own free "photobucket"-account).
