As was the salmon. To modify on my original recipe, I have to reiterate.
DO everything as said before the sear part. This is kind of tricky. You want to keep your heat low on this, around medium low. You also want to make sure your oil is hot because you want that sizzle sound.
Cook it on each side for about 7 minutes. I think I said 3 before. It is definitely 7 if you want the steak flavor.
Garnish with lemons.
Lasair, you could have taken a Guinness and hung out to chat. There is no need to steal the Guinness.
