Well, they've been here. I can see the remains of a large encampment. Hmmm, lots of holes carved in the ice. They must have spent their time ice fishing. And what is this? Looks like some kind of frozen intestines. Maybe it's a good thing I missed this feast.

Ho! Here are sled tracks and they lead off to the south. It's a good thing I brought my snowshoes. If I hurry, maybe I can catch up with them. I'd hate to have to walk all the way to the Great Lakes by myself.
