Welcome, venerable visitor! We offer you soft cushions, a comfortable table, and endless drinks, for you may be here a while.

The Orient, with the help of ImageSudoku.com, offers a new twist on Sudoku, the popular number placement game. Rather than numbers, you will be placing images. You have three options: World Sudoku in which you will work with AW and its eight worlds; Scribal Sudoku in which you will work with the nine scribes that have served the Orient (so far); and Patron Sudoku in which you will work with nine of our patrons chosen at random.

All you have to do is place the pictures in the large grid so that every row, every column, and each of the nine 3x3 square contains only one occurence of every picture.

Every puzzle has one and only one solution (although you can refresh the page and get an infinite number of new puzzles). If you try to place a picture where it already exists on that row, column, or 3x3 square, both occurences will be highlighted in red. If your mistake is more subtle, you can click the 'give me a hint' button and any errors will be highlighted in red, or if you've made no mistakes, a green square will show where you can go next.

But be careful, honorable player. In Sudoku guessing is considered cheating. Each puzzle can be solved thru logic alone. So, once you place a picture in a square, you can replace it with a different picture, but you can't make the square blank again.

The image choices only appear when you hover your cursor over an empty square...so if they get in your way, simply move your cursor over a square you've already filled. The puzzles work best when the window is maximized.

    Enjoy the puzzles here:
