I'm looking for suggestions on how to fatten up my grandmere and any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

My grandmere has been losing weight since they started her on chemotherapy for her leukemia.

Most of the time it isn't the smell of the food making her not want to eat, but, to her, it tastes either too salty or too sweet when it isn't either one.

She used to love my sister's baked Italian spaghetti and my Mex-Ital casserole, but even these are not tempting to her any longer.

I can get her to eat a grilled cheese sandwich, but she can't eat that for every meal, so I am looking for help.

Miss Maria posted her mother's macaroni and cheese, which sounds nice. I plan to make this for grandmere on my next visit to her house, but I need more ideas.

Please keep in mind that she can't eat anything with seeds or nuts. She can have tomatoes and cucumbers only if the seeds have been taken out.

    Anybody have any ideas?
