Yes, Topiltzin asked about the books. I have three books in the works that I am currently writing
the first to come out shortly (and published in Guatemala by the Foundation for Maya Cultural and Natural Heritage-PACUNAM), is
The Mirador Basin: the Visitor's Guide to the Origins of Maya Civilization. This will be out before May 1.
The second, is entitled
El Mirador: An Introduction to the Capital of the Preclassic Maya
The third, however, is the culmination of the 28 years of research (complete with glossy plate photographs) entitled,
Maya Genesis in the Mirador Basin Guatemala: The Natural and Cultural Evolution in the Cradle of Maya Civilization.
(this mss is in preparation and will be completed before the end of the year. I have my chores cut out for me.
A previous book I wrote, and will bore you to tears as it is strictly a research book, is
Excavations in the Tigre Complex, El Mirador, Peten, Guatemala (New World Archaeological Foundation, No. 62, Provo, Utah.
