Sorry AW for having to bow out for a couple of days. I faced a formidable series of airline schedule changes because of snow closures, plus a brutal series of high level meetings in Guatemala which lasted until late at night. The new government of Guatemala is extremely supportive about the Mirador Basin project, and since the new President, President Alvaro Colom, made the Mirador Basin a primary emphasis in his inaugural address in january, we have had long and detailed meetings about the Mirador Basin. It will become a national priority for the next four years of this administration, and we look forward to having the conservation and responsible development of the Mirador Basin move ahead by leaps and bounds.
