You should have two windows when you log into AW. One is the main page with threads, posts etc. The other is a communication panel that is a lot thinner and has IP of 69.60.2.62 If you have pop-up blockers you might want to allow this IP on the pop-ups. Those blockers will frequently keep your "grams" ie telegrams or IMS from opening up.
