LOL - as the Americas and Roman Scribes know, we're negotiating with two Symposion guests for early 2008; the first Dr. Richard Hansen, a well-known (not to say, global) expert in Maya Culture and history, and Dr. Garrett Fagan, the "history of Rome" expert from The Teaching Company. I didn't want to let people think we had forgotten! but currently Dr. Hansen is (as he heads his emails) "in the jungles of Guatamala" and Dr. Fagan will probably have some free time in April. We HOPE Dr. Fagan can join us for the first Americas Symposion sometime in February. Stay tuned for more details!
