In uploading a new avatar, I noted that there aren't instructions on the upload page for the suggested image sizes for various items, like perspective and avatar images. Are there maximum sizes? Hate to think of an avatar getting squished or stretched!

(Not sure if this is the place to ask, but can't find anywhere more appropriate)
