I had stated that I have signed on an expert builder to help build Virtual Reality Rome and he is working on the Basilica of Maxentius. Unfortunately, one of the first things we discovered was that I had the Temple of Roma 10 meters too low. Sighhh..Well, anyway after I got it elevated to the proper height it turned out that the Colosseum was too low and here we go again. Geeze, at least everything is now at the proper elevation and the Sacra Via has the proper rise from the Forum out to the Temple of Roma and construction can start on the Basilica of Maxentius. The entire block of apartments I had there will be torn down this week and so will the hall of Roman Citizens. All of those buildings were just there until construction of the actual buildings could be started anyway. On a lighter note, I now have 9 different Roman Soldier avatars, some calvary, several slaves and Roman citizens, both men and women under way. Hopefully they will be installed shortly. LOL, you are going to love this...I have one avatar that will be very similar to Arnold Swartzenegger as Conan the Barbarian for one of my barbarians. More and more visitors are coming into VR Rome and we are finally getting some positive comments. If you would like to see what is going on you can get the download from my page.
