I've been looking forward to this. Great offering of stuff to participate in Lady Germ ;o) (and for Christmas I'll think up a better sounding nickname for ya!) I really like the holiday recipe exchange idea, I think I might share a few of my own. It's one of the only times during the year I cook. The thread looks terrific too!

May I make one suggestion tho, could you set up a small link back to wherever the other Saturnalia events are? In the thread body maybe? I get confused and I absolutely suck at self-navigation! (no seriously) I don't want to miss out on Saturnalia this year like I accidentally did last year but if there aren't links everywhere it's so gonna happen again.

This year there are several festivities happening all over, even Egypt has something going on for New Years. I think it's great, the more parties I can crash the better, but it's kind of confusing too.
