We're forming a Germanic historical reenactment group. We have not yet decided on a tribal name, but probably either Marcomanni or Alamanni, possibly Cimbri or Teutones. There's not a whole lot of written history, since the Romans didn't deal much with most of the tribes as client states, like they did with the Gauls or Iberians. We're having trouble finding 1st Century names and such. Anybody have some sources?
