Greetings- I'm 54 years old, have six kids, my wife Violet and I have been in love for about 30 years now and I have just, within the last two years, discovered that I am more than just an American Mutt. This has resulted in such questionable activities and wearing a kilt, attending Ren fairs in a kilt, learning Scotts Gaidhlig, buying such wonderful Celtic music as Loreena McKennitt, Albanach, Wicked Tinkers, Mary Jane Lamond, and discovering how difficult it is to try to toss a caber after five beers.
My culture beckons to me from misty glens to highland crags.
We became members of the Henderson Clan Society of North America and have participated as Clan Conveners at the local Highland Games near Fresno California. I consider myself of Son of Old Alba, but the calling of my blood goes deeper still. I feel the bond to my Cruithni blood. I am here to explore that bond.
