Gaius Aemilius opened the letter from his brother and gasped. Why couldn't there be an investment in the games like this? It was a lot of money to spend, but as Marcus pointed out to him, with no wars to capture prisoners, the cost of labor would only be going up in the near future. He took a deep breath and issues the orders with the bankers to release the money.
