Say for instance, people have until Sunday, or whenever, and then we can all go from there to discuss it. Or should a chat be organised, and we say that we'll go with what's been decided there?

Btw, I was also wondering, in order to get things moving faster: would it be possible, to set things in motion more quickly, to have some of the cities of Scandinavia (for instance, those that have already been created and won't move or anything, and therefore that will not be subject to any dissent) already open for people to work on? Just an idea. Or would it make the whole organization messier?
