For ruining a perfectly good start of a discussion that has nothing to do with you.

Quite frankly, I'm fed up with how you like to patronize and bully the group leaders to get what you want. You're currently supposed to be working on 2 stories, which I see are more often than not neglected by your absence. And I am beginning to think that you may be a greater number of the new personae that have been joining. I apologize in advance is that is not the case, but it's not very often that so many writer's are so similar for grammar and punctuation or rather the lack thereof.

You guys have some good ideas going, but the execution is lacking in my opinion.

And Louis, get off it. Last year you admitted to being the same person as Jean. Don't play us like that...

WE, I mean Desdemona and myself do have somewhat of a semblance of a life outside of AW. If you don't like how we are running things get a PATRONAGE and start your own. Or your own property.

Why you continue to push and provoke such a public out cry to this story in this group. Which is and has been more along the lines of a dark, sci-fi fantasy than it has ever been a re-creation of some historical writings of the mid 1700's. You are not endearing us to your cause.

Yes, EG is not a typical ancient group, not by any means, but we're not a historical re-creation group either. And since that era isn't so much of an interest to me I cannot point you in a different direction.

I'd much rather deal with this issue via scrolls, but your impatience is getting rather old. I mean come on, you sic poor Shemek on us, thinking your plea would be heard any faster. When she left she said she was leaving forever and that she had found a place that was open to her stories. Curiously, she's back. No offense, Shemek. But wait, Jean you to burned your bridge with me.

Do you know why some people are group leaders or rather why they get promoted from the bottom? Some people are group leaders because they make a group and they have enough support from other caliber writers and friends to make a group flourish.

Then sometimes, LIFE takes over and they have to choose someone else to take care of their baby. They tend to choose friends, that may or may not share the same enthusiasm. Sometimes they choose capable people. People they know will continue their way with tweaks, who have shown themselves capable and worthy of taking on a group. I like to think I'm one of those people. I'm sure you disagree.

Another quality group leaders have is to be able to look at a situation or issue from the outside. They do what they think is for the good of the group. They have to ignore a lot of the things other members may say or do about them or the group they are running.

We encourage things, we work with the active ones. To even have a really good line going you need 5-6 different caliber writers participating in it. I DO NOT mean 1-2 different people with 5-7 personae between them.

Which is probably a big reason why the Darkness has gone cold.
