Welcome to the Roman Britain RP Planning Centre!
Two things are in the works at the moment; RP in Londinium and a kind of Roman Britain RP Ring, in which other RP centres could join forces.

Current Locations
The Stag and Eagle Tavern - all are welcome to enjoy good food, drink and accomodation. Located in the Regiones of the Forum.
Germania's Summer House - Londinium residence of Germania Flavius. Located in the Regiones of the Forum.
Forum Market Place - for the upper market shops. Located in the Regiones of the Forum.
Shops across the Walbrook - a seedier side of Londinium, dirtier and much more working class than those at the forum. Located in the Regiones of the Kilns District.
Waterfront - The traders' district. A growing number of ships from the Roman Empire and beyond pull into here as the city grows. Of course, this has attacted a wide variety of occupants, from oppulent traders, thugs and organised crime. Located in the Regiones of the Kilns District.
Now is a fantastic time to join in, even if you are only half considering it; with nothing set in stone yet, you can pretty much do anything you want, and help shape Londinium's future!
What needs to be decided
- Characters, including Proconsul and other Roman positions, Celtic characters, etc.
Every type of person is currently needed! Want to be part of Londinium's seedy side, or part of the elite? Maybe you want to be a trader, a slave, a military officer or a downtrodden Celt? The choice is yours!
- Settings/buildings
Definately need a tavern, also Roman buildings such as the forum and temples
- Logistics of creating the RP! Who wants to build what, how much is done on the City boards or in peoples' residences, etc.
- Date - read below about the RP ring thing for more information before we play around too much with this one.
Date suggested so far: Late 1st century AD. This is in the rebuilding of Londinium after Boudicca's revolt, and also fits in nicely with the Ebrauc role play

Roman Britain RP Ring
What we are thinking along the lines of is something similar to what the Catuvallauni and Trinovantes families had at Ancientsites, for those of you who can remember back that far.
Ideally, what there would be is a few 'town centre' type areas, for places like Verulamium, Camulodunum, Venta Icenorum, and so on, for each of the celtic tribal centres.
Each of the linked centres would have their own RP, but it would be possible for characters to travel from one centre to another and participate in combined storylines and adventures.
Initially, though, we would start with Londinium, and the Brigantes family in Ebrauc, Celtia, are also interested in participating. It doesn't matter then if the centres were in Roman Britain or Celtia as it would be easy to move between the two.
That way, if we got enough people interested, we could expand to other towns as well, and the 'webring' would just increase, but if there isn't many people, then at least we could have a good story happening between Londinium and Ebruac!
Each Centre would have to be operating in the same time period, though, for the stories to make sense.
