All of our dishes are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. Each day a new menu is created here at Libera's Thermopolium. We continue all time favorites, grande cuisine mixed with new and upcoming haute cuisine. Never fear loyal diners, your favorite dish is always available upon request.

This month, we are featuring a selection of dishes made with Gaulish-style, dry-cured hams from Higgledy Piggledy Hams. May I suggest Gaulish Ham slices with asparagus, figs and sausage. The Ripe 'n' Ready Market delivers daily their locally grown, seasonal and delicious, farm-fresh produce.
