The home of Beithe ni Bruis Dun Barre and Glaisne mac Seamuis O h'Uaid.

Niall Mor is across the sea of Vergivia raising a host of Morinii gauls before pursuing the flight of Rome's eagles. After my raiding among the Britons, the Gael have now a signifigant foothold among the islands and the northern lands of this "Island of the Mighty." The Picts were with us, a wild race of men from some forgotten northern land, but they are a ruly and upredictable lot. We seem to have loosed a terrible boar onto the land. They have their British spoil and look across loch and wall at Gaelic land, cattle, and gold.

My wife and I have built this fortified home atop and around a rock jutting from this Head-Land over a Caledonian sea. We hope to live the rest of our lives modestly, raising hounds, children, and harvesting Mannanan's bounty. Dun Add, the great Dalriadian stronghold to the north, buffers us from Pictish onslaught and British vengeance.
