Welcome everyone to my recently purchased property in Epsilon, which has great potential with a shady grove of palms, but as you can see is in need of some renovation.
In my spare time you will often find me here overseeing the work which includes a new internal wall which will be decorated with beautiful scenes and a new garden with a water feature and herb garden.
My ultimate decision will be whether to live here myself or to keep this property as an investment and rent it out to a local family. You will find renovation updates on the "Mayhem and Madness" thread, so let's hope it all goes smoothly.
