Here is a good recipe if you run out of fresh whipping cream.
Lemon Mint (Cream)substitute for whipping cream
1 medium bowl, whisk 3/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey (raw) 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint. Whisk till disolved. Chill covered, for 1 hour. Spoon over berries or sliced peaches. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. {good on pies too!}
