Citizenship Posted at 11:00 EST
Well, I finally attained citizenship. New privileges will be open to me, so I'm sure Ancient Worlds will be much more fun from nw on.

Quantum Physics Posted at 14:30 EST
The group I joined, Quantum Physics, isn't really that active. It may just be that it's a low period, but I'm pretty sure the group isn't that active. I'm sure it would be more fun if there were more people who were active, but because it seems otherwise, I guess I'm going to start looking for a new group.

Problem Posted at 19:00 EST
I was having a little trouble with putting the greek islands plaque on my home, but I finally got it to work by switching the text to HTML. This problem delayed my membership into the Greek Islands, but only for a day or two.

Last Springfest Posted at 22:00 EST
I just found out that this is the last site-wide Springfest. I missed last year's which was apparently held here, but I'm glad to at least get to expierience one. I guess it'll continue within each world, but I think that is very different from a site-wide festival, which brings many diverse players together. So long Springfest.
Limitations... Posted at 10:45 EST
I think allowing non-subscribers only two posts in a group each day is a little much. I could understand if it were ten posts, but two is not enough to be involved as an important member of a group.
The voice of Hellas? Posted at 03:00 EST
This may come off as slightly rude, but does anyone find the 'voice of hellas' to be somewhat boring? It's cool that we have a radio, but the voice wouldn't have been my first choice.
Hollywood Posted at 02:00 EST
I've noticed that the movies Troy and Alexander are focused on Greek myths. Why is Roman mythology so unpopular in hollywood? Yes, there was Shakespeare, and the movie Cleopatra, but there has been nothing recent. You would think it would be more interesting as the story of Marc Antony and Cleopatra resembles Romeo and Juliet greatly.

That aside, I despise when hollywood screws up the story of something true, which they did in Troy and probably in Alexander. Better to not know the story at all then know the wrong version of it.

New Here Posted at 22:00 EST
Well I just discovered this website by looking up 'SPQR' on google, because I'm studying the Roman republic/empire in school. I've played other RP games but never in this setting. I think it'll be fun, see you (whoever's reading this) out there.
