Hey I just had a flash - What if Queen Himiko's legendary capital was around Yonaguni somewhere? I wonder what the Geography of Japan must have looked like around between 100 to 300 BC? |

Ok I really hate laptops - had some stuff typed up and managed to loose it *grumble* - anyway, I figured, I'd put a couple of links here that I'd like to print off later for my personal research. (has to do with Prehistoric Japan, Yanaguni Pyramid and the idea of a prehistoric civilization in general):

That second one has this really cool picture of some hieroglyphic stuff they found somewhere around the Yanaguni site. And appparently the pyramid may be (according to another site) around 8000 b.c.e.
I mean wow! I've got an article idea brewing but it hasn't settled in my mind yet. Once I get something down, I'll most likely wind up posting it under this id. :) |

Hello???

I've been thinking about changing the nature of Heian-Kyo, but I hadn't wanted to do so without response from my co-leaders. However, I haven't heard from any of them as of yet. Not even a message to my message board. If there isn't a response soon, I may have to take that as assent. *sigh* Well I hope to hear from someone soon. I know we've all been busy, I know I have, but I really value their input. I just hope, should there be no response, that if changes are made, no one gets upset. |

Thoughts on writing articles

Hm, I would love to write more articles, but I think (Philippine trip aside) I'll have to write it out before I type it. I do much better if I write it out first. |

Just watched a special on earthquakes and fault lines. Yeesh! What's with putting buildings or homes right where the earth faults are or are creeping and moving?
