The Orchis Heart

the orchis heart This is a time of discovery and new explorations. The Pony that I traded a dress for, [It was my best dress] arrived safely. A beautiful strawberry roan, and a mare about to give foal. I could not be more pleased. She has never been ridden and needs training so I can not show her yet. She is lovely and I will take good care of her. She came from the Wild Oats Stables in Tara. I hope I will be able to make some more good trades there. Even befor the opening of the market there has been a demand for orchids and pottery. The pot shown is Olmec.
Leave a message if you want a plant or a pot sent from the greenhouse.
Here is a link to more information about the exotic orchid.

I am to old to keep walking miles in these shoes. He is almost here, but not quite. I can not wait to see him. I also tried to trade one of my plants for some luck. So far, I have no luck, and can not find the PONY. |

Was very happy to get the old computer reved up and get back into Ancient Worlds. Thus far it has been very difficult to function here. It seems worse in the Americas. Maybe it's better at a less busy time. Tried to post at MOTA this evening, but was unable. Usually I try to post or add something when I visit. Tried to send a message from my longhouse but was unable. A few days ago I almost completely lost my entire front page, when I try to add it delets. So do not know how long this will last can only enjoy it while here.

 Beaded Mocasins
The most comprehensive exhibition of Lakota Indian art is online with nearly a thousand images dating to the 1700s.
It focuses on the "winter counts" kept by the Lakota of the Northern Plains. Extended families had their own wintercountkeepers, who consulted the elders to select the symbol and add it to the series in winter. "These are how people remembered the past.
