As said, this is more universal than just Finnish; but the quote was in the Finnish newspaper's literature quiz I still keep up with, even tho I don't live there anymore... and thus cannot win the gift card to the liquor store, no more. ;( I doubt anybody reading can help me find out who the writer is, but here it is anyway (it's from a newspaper column and from an extinct newspaper):
"TV-shows are somewhat difficult, because watching them is not always allowed. The restriction apples usually to under 16, but at least once we have heard the announcer to say: 'Forbidden for over 16 year olds!' We do not know, if she said it by accident, or if the film was harmful for adults - we didn't dare to watch it.
Usually the warning is not heeded properly. But we cannot know, what possessed the head of the household that night, when it was announced that "Tumbling of Passion" will start.
- 'Will you get out!', he shouted. 'This movie is forbidden for over 16, and there has to be some law and order around here!'
- 'Why can't we watch it?', asked the children. - 'We'll never be as horrified as you yourself, who always become red and white, alternatively, although you are more than 16 already.'
- 'Out!', shouted the head of the household."
