Here I keep my books, on literature, the Caledonians, the Romans, including the divine Julius, and the Iudaeans. There are also several shelves of the books I have myself written. This is also where I contemplate which days are favourable for work, and entertain my friends Heraklia, clutching her amphora as usual, and Julilla, who is required to leave her torch outside in the Courtyard.
