I like John Gielgud's Cassius, though he's not mine. Gielgud too was a fabulous queen, and his Cassius is all vicious refinement, righteous indignation, and savagely bitchy bluster!
Cassius' social life consists of pretty much one word: Brutus. His brother-in-law is one of the few people he really likes, but to him, he is entirely devoted.
In 'Pax Inter Pares,' Cassius also has a strong attachment to Porcia, daughter of Cato, due to the fact that she once saved him from a suicide attempt. She is the only person in whom he has confided his feelings for Brutus.
