There isn't much to tell about Apil's character yet. Her parents left Parthia when she was at a young age, under mysterious circumstances. Not long after that, Apil's mother began to teach her the art of dancing that had been passed down through the women of her family for generations. Apil's father made money for the family doing odd jobs. Her mother would tell her things would get better for them once they reached Rome. But, they didn't, they only became worse...

After a childhood of pain, humiliation and deep sadness on the backstreets of Rome, Apil has finally come out of the slum. She fought hard for this new life and won't let anything, or anyone ruin what she has.
