Innocent Bystander is one of two things: a demotion or a holding place. When you join, you will be listed as \"Fresh off the boat\". As soon as you post, you will be increased to level 3. If you remain inactive for a long period of time, then you will be demoted and listed as \"innocent bystandard\". Or, if you don\'t make up your mind on where to live and want to post, we\'ll throw you in here. If you wish to increase your position in the group, either start posting/become more active/chose a home or contact the Head Honcho with a plea to reclaim your place as a respected member of the society!!
