Most new members should already be a level 5 or 6 in an existing group. And in this group, you'll be automatically promoted to Level 5, to allow you editing priveledges. There'll be some other guidelines posted, but for the most part, it goes like this. If you you've got something you'd like to test, please create a new board/thread and do your testing there. Otherwise, if it's accessible ... go for it. Enjoy!!!
