Many people have an interest in and curiosity of the ancient Egyptian religion. Its many deities seem to haunt our imagination and visitors to modern Egypt are impressed and awed by temples like Karnak and Abydos.

In this group we want to take a closer look at the philosophy behind it all, as it has come down to us throughout history, in an effort to understand more of what made it all work for several thousands of years and what caused it to influence other religions around the Mediterranean.
