Food
has always been important at Lughnasadh. Here
is your chance to show your culinary skills in developing and sharing
recipes for traditional meals.
To
enter the competition, you need to have the following:
- A name
for your dish and a short description of why/how/where it developed.
- A list
of ingredients – if they are not common today, please provide
a short description.
- A set
of cooking instructions – please make it easy to follow.
- A photograph
of your finished recipe – please be honest here!
You
will be judged on:
- The
authentic / traditional nature of your recipe.
- Probable
taste, based on your descriptions.
- Clarity
of instructions.
- Appearance of your finished dish.
