Rules etc. are still being made as we speak, but even without them, the contest starts at 7 PM EST, October 27 at the Buffalo Bungee Jumping @ Grand Canyon-thread.
CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND RULES: The rules are quite simple. When the contest begins, you will choose your buffalo from the herd below by clicking on his image. After that, you will be escorted to the North Ridge, where a you will be presented with a choice of bungees to use. You have three chances to jump, using three different bungees, but you must stay with your Buffalo (or..whatever). Once you have chosen him, you may not switch mounts. Jump by clicking a bungee of your choice. Upon jumping, the distance of your jump will be displayed and a score given. Copy and paste the contents of that display into your first post. You may jump two more times, but you may not choose the same bungee more than once. Each time you jump, you will be provided with a transport back to this thread, to post your score. The jumper with the highest score after everyone has jumped becomes the grand prize winner, with second and third places going to the next two highest scores. In the event of a tie, the jumper who completed his or her three jumps first is the winner. Good luck to you all.. Enjoy the ride!
