Clarification on sign-up dates

The deadline to sign up for the tour was November 2. The deadline to sign up for the contest was November 8. Those who did not sign up for the tour do not qualify for the contest.
In other words, your property must be in the Goldfest hood home tour in order to qualify for the contest. Clear as mud? LOL
Clarification on how many entries per persona

Apparently, there is some confusion over how many hood homes each persona may enter. Please reread rule #4, which clearly states that:
"Members who intend to have two properties open for display during Goldfest are requested that only one of their properties be entered in the Best 'Hood Home Challenge. Thanks a bunch! *S*

The banners are by the ever so talented Shibori Muraksaka, using her own design, and incorporating elements supplied by myself and Jia Li. I think it's perfectly splendid and feel Shibori deserves a free AW Life Membership for being so wonderful in helping us out.

Senex is entering three of his properties in the tour, and none of them in the contest. Is he still supposed to display a competition badge at each one? If so, where are these non-contestant badges to be found?

Emerald Expeditions Best 'Hood Home Challenge
The theme is green: recycling, reinventing, refurbishing, maybe even a little re-evaluating the history we all love so much. What better way to do this than by hosting a tour of member-owned and designed 'hood properties?
Contest Rules
1. The competition begins November 9, 2009 and ends at midnight of November 13, 2009 AW time.
2. Contestants and non-contestants alike are encouraged to promote their 'hood property via grams, scrolls and posts made on the main Goldfest 2009 thread. 3. 'Hood homes may not contain profanity or other offensive material and must comply with the Code of Conduct. 4. Members who intend to have two properties open for display during Goldfest are requested that only one of their properties be entered in the Best 'Hood Home Challenge. The judges will be relying on the honesty of contestants. They request that, if a person has properties open for display using different personas, only one persona enter the competition. For example: Tom Appius is also known as his Egyptian persona Dick Khufu and has a secret persona of Harry Tupac — if this person wishes to enter the competition, he may enter only one of his properties in the competition. 5. Credit must be given for any use of 'linkware' or graphics/artwork and sources must be cited. 6. Every contestant must display a competition badge as a visual aid for the judges. These badges will be distributed to world scribes and posted on every worlds' GF planning thread prior to Goldfest for you to display on your property. 7. The contest is open to everyone, including scribes, who are also eligible to win the site currency and designer plaque on offer. The demis and our three esteemed judges — Heraklia Aelius, Ananrane Burgundian and Livia Servillius — are not eligible to enter. The judges' decision is final. Their deliberations will be hard and their job made a lot easier if everyone acts in a mature and responsible manner when the winners are announced.
